In this proposal, an attempt has been made to make the least changes to the existing situation. The two main changes were the removal of a pantry at the entrance of the kitchen and the opening of the wall between the kitchen and the living room.
Also, the small window of the living room has become an entrance. Other items designed in this plan are aimed at integrating the common living and working space of the residents and other users.
Suggesting the use of flexible and movable furniture to optimize the use of spaces is one of the proposed solutions.
According to the request of the client, the location of the studio and kitchen has been changed and the dining room has been considered modular and portable. A patio is designed next to the kitchen space and the hall space is considered as a shared space for interaction between different people.
A bed with the ability to open and close in the living room is intended to provide for the lack of a bedroom, while allowing the independent use of a room.
