La proposta presentata si caratterizza per una rifunzionalizzazione degli ambienti senza andare ad
agire eccessivamente sugli attuali scarichi di bagno e cucina. In particolar modo vengono inserite
soluzioni utili ad ottimizzare gli spazi come armadiature e sistemi contenitivi a tutta parete
rendendo così più liberi ed agevoli gli spazi per il passaggio e quindi per la vita quotidiana.
All’ingresso trova spazio un comodo armadio ad uso guardaroba con anta dedicata alla lavatrice e
con eventuale asciugatrice a colonna; la zona living con divano o poltrone di design e mobile tv ci
conduce alla cucina con tavolo a penisola. Il bagno completo di tutto il necessario presenta un’
ampia doccia proposta sia in soluzione tradizionale che walk-in. Infine la camera che tramite un
sistema di scorrevoli risulta indipendente dal resto dell’abitazione oltre ad essere ben luminosa
offre la possibilità di avere tutto il confort necessario con inoltre la possibilità di avere un unico
letto matrimoniale oppure due letti unibili all’occorrenza. Nello specifico vengono presentate tre
soluzioni simili dal punto di vista delle funzioni che ospitano ma differenti per quanto riguarda gli
accessi visto che nella prima soluzione vengono lasciati entrambi, mentre nelle altre due soluzioni
l’accesso dalla terrazza condominiale viene ridotto ad una finestra i modo da avere più spazio
sfruttabile oltre a rendere l’ambiente a pianta più libera. Infine la terza soluzione si propone in
stile di grande monolocale pur rimendo gli ambienti indipendenti tra di loro.

The proposal presented is characterized by a refunctionalization of the rooms without acting
excessively on the current bathroom and kitchen drains. In particular, useful solutions are included
to optimize spaces such as wardrobes and full-wall storage systems, thus making the spaces freer
and easier for passage and therefore for daily life. At the entrance there is a comfortable
wardrobe used as a wardrobe with a door dedicated to the washing machine and possible column
dryer; the living area with designer sofa or armchairs and TV cabinet leads us to the kitchen with
peninsula table. The bathroom complete with everything you need has a large shower available in
both a traditional and walk-in solution. Finally, the room which, thanks to a system of sliding
doors, is independent from the rest of the house, as well as being very bright, offers the possibility
of having all the necessary comfort with the possibility of having a single double bed or two beds
that can be joined together if necessary. Specifically, three solutions are presented that are similar
from the point of view of the functions they host but different as regards the accesses given that
in the first solution both are left, while in the other two solutions the access from the
condominium terrace is reduced to a window in order to have more usable space as well as
making the environment more open-plan. Finally, the third solution is proposed in the style of a
large studio apartment while still keeping the rooms independent of each other.
