The concept developed is based on:
- Do not take action on masonry
- Do not throw away/replace the furniture

On this basis, it was decided to standardize your entire house with the white color which gives brightness and clean environments. Given the presence of large dark wooden traditional furniture we do not see the need to color the walls (which would worsen the environment) but instead chose a palette of colors for accessories such as rugs, paintings, and various ornaments.
For the curtains, it was considered appropriate to maintain uniformity in the color (white, would let soft light to illuminating the entire room).

Basement:
The relax/TV area is moved near the windows to turn the dining table the center of the room. The kitchen remains unchanged except for the positioning of a new larger table that can be used as an island. Two lamps are placed above the latter, one over the dining table and a floor lamp in the corner in the TV area.

Ground floor:
It is preferred to keep the spaces as the present, however, suggesting a larger aperture of the sofas with the introduction of a larger coffee table. The rotation of the dining table in the kitchen would accommodate most of the space.

Outer space:
As for the front garden do not make comments on what has already been extremely well cared for. It is suggested to better exploit the tiled space by moving the table and rocking (?) First floor:
The double room with the addition of some lively element on a white background, you can defuse and refresh the environment. Il concept sviluppato si basa su:

Partendo da questi presupposti si è pensato di uniformare l'intera abitazione con il colore bianco che conferisce luminosità e pulizia agli ambienti. Data la presenza di grandi mobili tradizionali in legno scuro non si vede la necessità di colorare le pareti (cosa che appesantirebbe l'ambiente) ma invece di selezionare una paletta di tinte per gli accessori come ad esempio tappeti, quadri, ornamenti vari.
Per quanto riguarda le tende si è ritenuto opportuno mantenere una uniformità nel colore (bianco, fa filtrare la luce in maniera soffusa illuminando tutta la stanza) e una eventuale differenziazione fra gli ambienti (giorno, notte, bagno) nel ricamo o nella stessa tipologia di tendaggio.

Per i bagni, vincolati dai lavabi con mobili in muratura che richiederebbero notevole lavoro per la rimozione, e i paraschizzi delle cucine si consiglia, nell'evenienza che i rivestimenti non siano più di gradimento, di ricoprire le piastrelle con resine apposite che con un minimo intervento rinnovano l'atmosfera del locale. Piano interrato:
Lo spazio relax/tv viene spostato vicino alle finestre per sfruttare al meglio il resto della stanza che vede al suo centro il tavolo da pranzo con, alle estremità, i mobili esistenti. La cucina resta invariata eccezion fatta per il posizionamento di un nuovo tavolo più ampio che può essere usato come isola, bancone e/o tavolo jolly. Vengono inseriti due punti luce sopra quest'ultimo, uno sopra il tavolo da pranzo e una lampada da terra in angolo nella zona tv.

Piano terra:
Si preferisce mantenere gli spazi come gli attuali, suggerendo però un'apertura maggiore dei divani con l'introduzione di un tavolino più grande e un'altra seduta, e la rotazione di 90° del tavolo da pranzo in cucina per assecondare meglio lo spazio. I faretti allo stato attuale sono da conservare arricchendo l'ambiente con una piantana/lampada ad arco in prossimità dei divani e un altro punto luce in cucina.

Spazio esterno:
Per quanto riguarda il giardino anteriore non si fanno osservazioni in quanto è già estremamente ben curato. Si suggerisce di sfruttare in modo migliore lo spazio piastrellato spostando tavolo e dondolo (?) più al centro e aggiungendo delle luminarie da esterni se viene sfruttato anche nelle serate estive. Piano primo:
La camera matrimonialeè condizionata dalla presenza dei due importanti mobili del letto de dell'armadio che conferisono un carattere pesante alla stanza. Con l'aggiunta di qualche elemento vivace su un fondo candido si può sdrammatizzare e rinfrescare l'ambiente. Le altre due stanze, di cui non è ben chiaro l'utilizzo, se camera o se studio, possono essere rinfrescate scegliendo delle maniglie più moderne per gli armadi, dei tessuti con pattern geometrici per i divani/letti e sostituendo le attuali scrivanie e libreria.
