MORE DESIGN LOWER PRICE : The first objective was to make a very attractive design for a very low price in all of the rooms, using painting of walls, an excellent and very attractive design furniture for a very low price and a little bit of art in all the rooms, taking into account it can be lithography impressions for the smaller rooms and real paintings in the bigger ones.
The furniture is all about the acapulco chair, this chair is a design made in Mexico in the city of Acapulco well know for its beach and beautiful bay. This chair was never attributed to a designer and the design belongs to no-one that is why its so cheap. We proposed one from a company named GAIA but you can found lots of suppliers so you can find it at a lower price. We think this is a great option for your hotel rooms.
GOOD EXTERNAL IMAGE: In the facade we made a little bit of modifications, we demolished one part of the roof but keeping the frames and the structure, also we demolished the archs and put a modern look to all the facade.We added wood in the inside of the facade, please take this as a good option but if you want a cheaper solution painting its always the option. We made some vertical wooden louvers in each of the frames so we can hide the minisplits and in the process give some movement to the facade. The patios remain entirely useful.
In conclusion we made a solution based on few changes ,but very good ones so you can make it quick, easy cheap but get an incredible result by taking an old hotel and transforming it into an icon a hotspot for the zone. We hope you enjoy our proposal.
