Il progetto, come da richiesta, si propone di ottenere il maggior numero di appartamenti medio-piccoli per piano tenendo conto dei vincoli dati dalla posizione delle colonne di scarico dei bagni, dalla superficie illuminante (posizione e dimensione dei fori non possono infatti essere modificati) e naturalmente dai muri portanti e dal regolamento edilizio. Tenendo conto di tutto ciò, ho ottenuto 9 appartamenti (3 con accesso dalla scala A, 2 dalla scala B e 4 dalla scala C) con dimensioni che vanno dai 38 ai 106 mq, coprendo le esigenze del singolo o della coppia fino alla famiglia con 3 figli.
Ho inoltre studiato una proposta di arredo piuttosto dettagliata con immagini di riferimento esplicative di alcune soluzioni progettuali per meglio sfruttare gli spazi e rendere gli ambienti più confortevoli.
N. 3 bagni non sono in relazione diretta con l’esterno e pertanto saranno dotati di aspirazione forzata per il ricambio d’aria, ma due di questi hanno comunque delle vetrate che consentono un’illuminazione naturale.
Non so se è già previsto, ma sarebbe molto bello, infine, poter recuperare le vecchie porte e i vecchi pavimenti in “cementine” o pastina di cemento, da riutilizzare poi per bagni e cucine (sia a pavimento che a rivestimento) visto che sono di tendenza in abbinamento ad uno stile essenziale-minimalista, shabby o industriale, ma in questo caso farebbero parte integrante della storia dell’edificio e avrebbero pertanto un valore aggiunto.

The project, as requested, aims to get as many medium-small apartments for floor taking into account the constraints of the bathrooms position, of the illuminating surface (location and size of the holes may not in fact be modified) and of course the main walls and the building code.
Considering all this, I got 9 apartments (3 with access from the staircase A, 2 with access from the staircase B and 4 from the scale from the staircase C) with sizes ranging from 38 to 106 square meters, covering the needs of the individual or the couple or the family with 3 children.
I also studied a proposal of furniture rather detailed with reference images of some design solutions to better use the space and make the most comfortable environments.
No. 3 bathrooms are not in direct relationship with the outside and therefore will be equipped with forced aspiration for the exchange of air, but two of these have however the windows that allow natural illumination.
I do not know if it is already expected, but it would be very nice to be able to recover the old doors and old floors in "cementine" or concrete pasta, to reused them for bathrooms and kitchens (both in floors and walls) as they are of trend in combination with an essential-minimalist, shabby or industrial style, but in this case would be part of the history of the building and would therefore add value.
