Dear client, Thank you for inviting us to design your space. Our concept for your REAL ESTATE OFFICE is extremely elegant, functional and with all the furnishings in the minimalist style. The theme that we are proposing incorporates minimalism with industrial design. For the decoration we displayed industrial steel bridges, giving to space strength, flexibility importance and professionalism. The lobby has a front desk counter for up to 2 people and a waiting area with seating. The material selected for the floor is brown moquette. The material for the ceiling is a white plaster. We tried the renders with different kind of wood, you can use all kind of bright and light oranges for the panel behind the desk, according with your preferences. We use a darker color (brasilia cherry) and texture for the side walls paneling and the reception desk, playing with contrast of light and color. We hope you will enjoy our project!
