Per la realizzazione del progetto di interior design dell'appartamento, è stata scelta una decorazione moderna con colori neutri, creando uno spazio funzionale e illuminato al massimo. Nell'appartamento non ci sarà alcun intervento costruttivo ma solo un intervento funzionale nella soluzione del soggiorno cambiando la posizione del salotto e dell'area tv con quella del tavolo da pranzo in modo che l'area salotto che sarà di fronte e la parete tv con il design moderno è più illuminato, per avere accesso diretto alla veranda e per essere la prima stanza della casa che sarà vista dalla porta principale nel momento in cui entri nell'appartamento. Il design sarà moderno con l'uso del vetro e l'elemento specchio, questo combinato con le luci con design ellittico con illuminazione a led renderà possibile che l'appartamento sia accogliente, luminoso e di buon gusto. La cucina avrà un mobile lineare con persiane che si aprirà con un tocco senza guanti. L'illuminazione sarà realizzata con illuminazione sospesa, illuminazione murale e spot. Il bagno principale avrà un lavandino e un lavandino per il bucato che verrà inserito nella lavatrice e nell'asciugatrice, inoltre nel bagno verrà aggiunto un lavandino per essere più funzionale rispetto al progetto esistente. La stanza degli ospiti avrà un armadio che si estenderà lungo l'intera parete di fronte all'ingresso della stanza e avrà spazio di archiviazione, una libreria e un'area di studio o di lavoro sul computer portatile, nonché un divano che può essere aperto. per creare una cresta matrimoniale. Di fronte al divano ci sarà un mobile basso con TV sulle pareti. Per il giardino saranno realizzati due spazi con pedali in legno. Il primo sarà di fronte alla cucina e servirà per allestire un tavolo da pranzo e l'altro avrà un'area salotto con un proiettore gestito dal muro dell'appartamento dove la famiglia può trascorrere bellissime ore durante le serate guardando film o calcio partite. I due spazi creati saranno allineati tra loro con lastre di cemento e saranno coperti da tende che possono essere aperte e chiuse da telecomando a seconda del sole.

The design will be modern with the use of glass and the mirror element, this combined with the lights with elliptical design with led lighting will make it possible for the apartment to be cozy, bright and tasteful. The kitchen will have a linear cabinet with shutters that will open with a touch without gloves. The lighting will be realized with hanging lighting, mural lighting and spots. The main toilet will have a sink and sink for the laundry that will be placed in the washing machine and dryer, also in the bathroom will be added a sink in order to be more functional than the existing project. The guest room will have a closet that will stretch along the entire wall in front of the entrance to the room and will have storage space, a bookcase and study or work area on the laptop, as well as a sofa that can be opened. to create a matrimonial crest. Opposite the sofa will be a low furniture with TV set on the walls. For the garden, two spaces with wooden pedals will be realized.
