The design includes 4 bedrooms with their bathroom and walking closets.
The balconies are designed in both the front and back of the building as requested. Both terraces can be accessed from the wide corridor on the second floor.
The kitchen is located on the left of the entry corridor and has a large pantry.
The design incorporates an office with shelves and sofas on the first floor as well as a big sofa set, tv cabinet, and fireplace for the living room. This space is arranged just adjacent to the stairs and its small garden and has a large glass opening to enjoy the magnificent back tree and pool view.
The gaps between walls and cabinets and stairs are designed to serve a large group of people and families without any problem and avoid any tight corridors.
