grazie per l'opportunità, come richiesto progettiamo il piano terra e il 1° piano dell'appartamento, facciamo 2 alternative per il piano terra e 3 alternative per il 1° piano.

Alternativa 1:
Per il piano terra abbiamo deciso lo spazio in 3 aree principali (soggiorno e cucina), camera da letto e bagno.
Per il 1° piano abbiamo deciso di cambiare la cucina e aggiungere l'isola della cucina, la posizione della sala da pranzo sarà sostituita con il soggiorno. La cucina esistente sarà adibita a tavolo bar con cantinetta. Ci sono 2 camere da letto (camera per bambini e camera da letto principale con cabina armadio e bagno), una stanza di lavoro/sala da stiro e un bagno (con lavanderia) tra la stanza di lavoro e la camera da letto principale.
Alternativa 2:

Per il piano terra disponiamo lo spazio in 3 aree principali (soggiorno e cucina), camera da letto e bagno.
Per il 1° piano abbiamo deciso di cambiare la cucina e aggiungere l'isola della cucina, la posizione della sala da pranzo sarà sostituita con il soggiorno. La cucina esistente sarà utilizzata come spazio di lettura/spazio per gli ospiti. Ci sono 2 camere da letto (camera per bambini e camera da letto principale con cabina armadio e bagno), una stanza di lavoro/sala da stiro e un bagno (con lavanderia) tra la stanza di lavoro e la camera da letto principale.

Alternativa 3:
In alternativa 3 spostiamo lo spazio vicino al balcone per creare una zona giorno più ampia.

thanks for the opportunity, as required we design the ground floor & 1st floor of the apartment, we make 2 alternative for the ground floor, and 3 alternative for the 1st floor.

Alternative 1:
For the ground floor we decided the space into 3 main area (living & kitchen), bedroom and bathroom.
For the 1st floor we decided to change the kitchen and added kitchen island, the dining room location will be relplaced with the living room. The existing kitchen will be use as bar table with wine cabinet. There are 2 bedrooms (kids bedroom & master bedroom with walk in closet & bathroom), a working room/ironing room and a bathroom (with laundry) between the working room and master bedroom.

Alternative 2:
For the ground floor we arrange the space into 3 main area (living & kitchen), bedroom and bathroom.
For the 1st floor we decided to change the kitchen and added kitchen island, the dining room location will be relplaced with the living room. The existing kitchen will be use as reading space/guest space. There are 2 bedrooms (kids bedroom & master bedroom with walk in closet & bathroom), a working room/ironing room and a bathroom (with laundry) between the working room and master bedroom.

Alternative 3:
In the alternative 3 we relayout the space near the balcony to create a bigger living area.
