Dear client, i am very happy to participate in your project. I have tried to fulfill the requirements such as adjusting 4sqm for toilet area , less demolishing work needed for the proposed renovation.Just a confusion i am facing about an internal door between service door and toilet space. This can also be done if needed for the persimmon of authority.Looking forward for your kind feedback so i can tidy things up further.
