The aim of our project is to furnish modernly the villa without distorting the genuine and original image of the place.
We decided, for example, to keep exposed the wooden beams and ceiling structure on the first floor (and not create false ceilings to insert recessed spotlights), or to replace doors and windows with more modern and high-performance ones but still with wood structure.
The chosen materials have a natural taste and finish, the colors are mainly neutral.
The lighting is modern but with a light and discreet touch, to enhance the environment without weighing it down.
The distribution of the rooms remains the original one, following the customer's requests.
We have like this:
- On the ground floor: entrance hall, with wardrobe and pantry, open space kitchen-dining room, open space living room with modern linear fireplace and bar corner, main bathroom, laundry bathroom and guest bedroom;
- On the first floor: lounge room, master bedroom, home office, wardrobe room with dressing/make-up table, master bathroom with hot tub, solarium terrace.

We also proposed a small design of the exterior, with greenery, parking space under a pergola, stone paving and a small natural swimming pool.
