The main intent of the design is to retain the existing plumbing points and create fully functional independent units. Each unit consists of the following functions:

• Master bedroom
• Kitchen
• Living Area
• Dining Area for 4 person
• Built-in-closet
• Toilet with shower cubicle, wc, Wash basin & laundry space.

The openings & the balcony design is flexible and have been marked in the plan as per their most suitable location. These location also help in incorporating maximum natural light in all areas.

The Foyer area is also kept large to distribute the crowd.
