I offer you a proposal for the Interior design and plans of your Two Villas apartments (Luxury house) .
I have worked on designing your project, which consists of dividing the area of one villa, about 250 square meters, complete with a courtyard and an external garden, into two villas, each with a separate entrance from the outside and its own garden. Each villa contains a ground floor, a first floor, and a basement.
- The external stairs that attract thieves and do not comply with international safety standards were eliminated, and in their place, inconspicuous side stairs were created to the outside for each of the two villas.
Villa Andrea:
It is the villa located on the right side of the building. It contains an underground access area that can accommodate at least two cars, in addition to storage rooms that can accommodate 3 large storage rooms, two of which can be used as a playroom for children or bedrooms for nannies and servants.
Ground floor: It contains a large area for the living area and a spacious kitchen that can be open or closed with a wooden partition. The kitchen contains a freezer designed on the left side.
The ground floor also contains the master bedroom, its private bathroom, a changing room, in addition to the guest bathroom, which is easily accessible from the living area.
It contains one-way stairs. The height of each staircase is 20 cm. These stairs lead to the basement, closed with an armored door to maintain internal safety.
In the design, we relied on the staircase leading to the attic floor to have an emotional impact, as the stairs are open to the living room and were designed in a modern and modern style, interspersed with wooden elements and containing a glass elevator inside that overlooks the outside.
The first floor: It contains two bedrooms, one of which is a master, a bathroom, a relaxation area, and an office room with an attached yoga room!

The ground floor contains the master bedroom, its bathroom, and a changing room, in addition to a spacious living, dining, and relaxation area with an open kitchen that can be closed with a metal divider and a guest bathroom attached to it.
The stairs were designed in a unique style next to the entrance door to maintain privacy.
The ground floor also contains stairs leading to the basement, which contains a garage for cars in addition to storage rooms.
The first floor: contains two large bedrooms, one of which is a master, in addition to a guest room with its own bathroom.
The first floor also contains the laundry room and the required office room.
- All external balconies were protected by covering them to maintain the safety of the domestic cat.
