La richiesta del cliente era quella di riuscire ad ottenere una zona smart working e un secondo bagno di servizio e per gli ospiti.
Ho presentato tre proposte.
La prima proposta prevede un ampliamento del living, eliminando il disimpegno presente nello stato di fatto fornito e ridimensionando la seconda camera da letto.
In questo modo sono riuscita ad ottenere un ambiente living più ampio, la possibilità di inserire una cucina meglio accessoriata con un bancone per la colazione o per la degustazione, una cantina dei vini a vista e rispettare la richiesta della distanza tra divano e tv.
Quest’ultima è posizionata nella nuova parete, prevista con un rivestimento in legno che dona calore e nasconde la porta di accesso alla zona servizi.
La zona servizi è composta da un piccolo disimpegno da cui si accede al secondo bagno e allo studio.
Inoltre ho ampliato la superficie del bagno padronale dello stato di fatto, inserendovi la cabina armadio. Ho riposizionato il letto sul lato opposto e reso possibile l’accesso privato al bagno padronale.
Per quanto riguarda i terrazzi ho pensato di destinare quello della camera da letto padronale ad un’area relax più intima, adornata da piante e verde. Quello del living avrà una zona pranzo e una zona conversazione, sempre circondata da vegetazione e piante aromatiche.
La seconda soluzione è una variante della prima.
La variazione si ha nella disposizione della cucina, con l’inserimento di una penisola che funge anche da zona pranzo.
L’altra variante si trova nel bagno padronale, con l’inserimento della sauna. Questo è stato reso possibile riducendo lo spazio nella zona servizi e prendendone un poco dalla camera padronale.
Infine, la cabina armadio è “semi a vista”, in quanto costituita da pannelli in vetro fumé.
La terza proposta è la più audace.
Qui ho previsto il capovolgimento delle destinazioni d’uso della zona giorno. La seconda camera viene completamente eliminata, così come il disimpegno dello stato di fatto.
Tutto lo spazio ottenuto racchiude la zona giorno, composta:
la postazione smart working è situata vicino l’ingresso, in una struttura chiusa e con una porta a tutt’altezza in vetro fumé ad ante scorrevoli. Accanto si trova il soggiorno e a seguire la zona pranzo e poi la cucina, con isola contenente piano cottura e bancone e sul lato opposto un mobile dispensa.
Dall’altro lato dell’appartamento abbiamo la camera padronale, che rispecchia la disposizione dello stato di fatto, con bagno in camera e armadiatura. Tra la camera padronale e la cucina si trova il bagno ospiti.

The customer's request was to be able to obtain a smart working area and a second bathroom for guests and services.
I have tabled three proposals.
The first proposal provides for an extension of the living room, eliminating the hallway present in the state of fact provided and resizing the second bedroom.
In this way I managed to get a larger living room, the possibility of inserting a better equipped kitchen with a counter for breakfast or tasting, an open wine cellar and respect the request for the distance between the sofa and the TV.
The latter is positioned in the new wall, provided with a wooden cladding that gives warmth and hides the access door to the service area.
The service area consists of a small hallway which leads to the second bathroom and the study.
I also expanded the surface of the master bathroom of the state of affairs, inserting the walk-in closet. I repositioned the bed on the opposite side and made it possible to have private access to the master bathroom.
As for the terraces, I decided to allocate the one in the master bedroom to a more intimate relaxation area, adorned with plants and greenery. The living room will have a dining area and a conversation area, always surrounded by vegetation and aromatic plants.
The second solution is a variant of the first.
The variation occurs in the layout of the kitchen, with the inclusion of a peninsula that also serves as a dining area.
The other variant is located in the master bathroom, with the insertion of the sauna. This was made possible by reducing the space in the service area and taking a little from the master bedroom.
Finally, the walk-in closet is "semi exposed", as it consists of smoked glass panels.
The third proposal is the most daring.
Here I have foreseen the reversal of the intended use of the living area. The second chamber is completely eliminated, as well as the disengagement of the state of affairs.

The smart working station is located near the entrance, in a closed structure and with a full-height door in smoked glass with sliding doors. Next to it is the living room and then the dining area and then the kitchen, with an island containing a hob and counter and on the opposite side a pantry cabinet.
On the other side of the apartment we have the master bedroom, which reflects the layout of the state of affairs, with en-suite bathroom and wardrobe. Between the master bedroom and the kitchen is the guest bathroom.
