On the first floor we located in living room near the entrance leaving a small entrance hall closed on the side by the staircase that connects to the second floor, then, we find a counter that becomes a dining table, topping the space is located the kitchen and a half bath under the stairs, making the most of the space is located the kitchen and a half bath under the staircase, thus making the most of the space. We located a large industrial style window, which visually communicates the two floors with the outside, on the side of the kitchen we located an access to the inner courtyard.
Upstairs we find the work office in the form of a balcony, with a large desk, a library and a reading space. To the left we find the bedroom, with a large window overlooking the double height and side windows for direct ventilation. Through a double glass door we enter the distribution hall of the full bathroom with shower and double sink and facing a large dressing room.
Inside the bedroom on the left side of the bed we find the access to the roof, in which we placed the pergola towards the back over the dining area and towards the front the space with the jacuzzi taking advantage of the sunlight.
