Pochi gesti, semplici.

Few gestures, simples. Three materials: finishing concrete resin on the floor, OSB wood for the fixtures and white painted walls. All the rest will be get by the light which get in suffused
through the windows. Simple top plan as well. The kitchen box (which is raised comparing to the rest of the floor level) is the key point which the project is developed in. The bedroom, in the other hand, is opposed to the kitchen but somehow each of them are two "monoliths" talking to each other.
Between them the walk through closer, which was a wish of the client. This one, due to the small size apartment (62 sqm), has got two tasks: passageway and cabin closet. And to the end of it, in order to augment the prospective of the space, a floor to ceiling mirror (render n.3). The colors are well defined: the color finishing of the hexagonal tiles in the bathroom are repeated in the closet shutters and in the kitchen box.
The living room shows up few yet well defined elements and emphasizing on the "chilling monolite" which it might be seen as a perfect spot for thinking-reading-meditate.
