First of all i want to thank you for the oppotunity to work in this project and hope you like it ! All the design was thought to create a cozy and familiar space and keep the original design of the house ,actually , the design of your apartment is very complicated, but I have done my best to create friendly, open, and optimized spaces.
Indeed, our first concern is to connect all the technical canalization in the same place, to avoid the breakage and the significant displacement of the pipes (as long as it is a shared property), for this purpose we have proposed the humid spaces are regrouped all together, and who share the same technical room.
However, we did not touch the facade in order to respect the planning regulations of the region, we opted for an elegant and open spatial configuration,in order to let the light penetrate inside the spaces.
Also, I recommend the demolition of all interior walls except the the columns, in order to create new partitions.
