RIGHT SIDE
The apartment consists of clearly separated day and night zones. In the day area there is a large, spacious living room with marble ceiling, dining area somewhat separated from the living space but still visually connected intensifying the impression of spaciousness. The kitchen is separated from living and dining areas with elegant sliding doors (stylishly incorporated with all the other doors/windows in the apartment). Double row kitchen gives a lot of counter top, plenty of storage and all the appliances needed (recommended built-in automatic washer/dryer which is space saving and practical). Aesthetically the space is a mix of modern and classical elements. The goal was to preserve marble ceiling and implement it into modern, comfortable and welcoming space. Elegant ceiling is framed with suspended ceiling and cornice with hidden linear LED lighting. Suspended parts of a ceiling also hide air conditioning and light installations and by its placement accentuate different day zone areas. Modern electric fireplace with its classic design gives warmness to the atmosphere and harmonically bonds with the ceiling design.
Night zone consist of master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet, two bedrooms for children, shared bathroom and hallway which is equipped with floor to ceiling storage closet. A lot of storage space is planned in all the rooms as well as in the entrance area, closet for shoes and coats in a closed space. The design of this area is less classic and more modern with functionality as its main feature.

LEFT SIDE
The apartment consist of entrance area, somewhat separated from living area, living room and dining which are widest possible, kitchen that is placed next to living/dining together making a living zone clearly separated from sleeping area for practical reasons. The hallway access kitchen and bathroom for guests. Next hallway that access bedrooms is separated from first hallway by sliding doors. Master bedroom is connected to its own bathroom. Maid has her own bedroom large enough to accommodate bed and wardrobe.
