The project is based on a concept simple and functional, based on three areas: the customer area, the butcher and the bar.
The 'customer area is composed of tables mixed to give different settings to the customer, there are:
high tables on a platform for young people
low tables in the center for gentlemen
single table top for groups
high table at 'entry for a food expressed
The Butcher is positioned near the entrance, it consists of a window facing the customer area as you enter you may already know the types of meat, on the back is positioned an L-shaped counter with cutting boards and space to make an already first meat processing.
The bar counter with beer taps facing customer center as emblem of craft beer, in the back is done the preparation of cocktails and drinks.
