Hi! in the project I thought not to change much the structure and the image of the elevations of the villa .. but to enhance them with glass railings. I tried to create functional apartments by extending only part of the perimeter so that they each had their own private terrace and as far as possible from the others. And most importantly, the perimeter of the bearing walls has remained unchanged.
I preferred to leave the grand majestic entrance and create an entrance hall to the 5 apartments. I remain available to any clarification and modification of the project. I hope you enjoy the distribution.
