Dear clients , this project made me realize , I was working for a vibrant and energetic couple (this is the main idea I get form the paintings you uploaded).That’s why I think , apartment and its design really matches your needs and desires .It is sophisticated ,modern and playful at the same time.
The entrance area: Trying to maximize the area , I would have an open kitchen of a modern design that will catch the eyes , soon as you enter in the apartment . The entry will have a bar/counter (where you can have a drink when friends are coming over , or have a quick meal before hitting the office) . The wardrobe will be better placed near the entrance and as soon as you walk down the stairs where there is enough space to hide the the heat pump, washing machine(according to your preference) and dryer .
The Livingroom : the bioethanol is set by a marble wall . This will be the main focus point of the apartment .The tv will set to be enjoyed by the whole living room .
Study/ guest room: If I am allowed to imagine your lifestyle as a couple , I see you will enjoy this apartment with the presence of friends and family, that’s why there will be a need for a guest room.
Last but not least : The master bedroom :Spacious ,luxurious, but at the same time, simple and neat . From this room you will have access to the master wardrobe and bathroom.
The paintings :
The colors of the interiors , have been chosen to match the portrait paintings wherever you like to put them .The choice is yours .I am sorry they are not part of the renders ( because of a pc problem I could not upload them) but if I could suggest where to put them , I would say: The photo on plexi 60 x 40 cm belongs to the master bedroom; The 4 photos female 80 x 80 cm, between two windows of the Livingroom ; two 80 x 80 cm between the kitchen wall and the window of the living room , the first single picture 100 x 100 cm to be near the entrance.
