Per la realizzazione del progetto si intende costruire un design con linee di arredamento classiche e moderne. L'ingresso avrà un armadio a baldacchino con motivi classici. Queste modalità accompagneranno l'intero appartamento. Il muro di fronte ai vivi sarà al centro dell'attenzione. Sarà simmetrico, al centro sarà un camino e sopra di esso specchi classici. sul lato ci saranno due gru moderne e su una di esse di fronte all'area lounge ci sarà la tv. Le pareti saranno decorate con il vuoto e saranno dipinte di bianco insieme ai soffitti. La camera da letto avrà bagni separati con wc bidet e doppio lavandino, la camera avrà anche una grande camminata in colset dall'altro lato, di fronte alla terrazza matrimoniale sarà una console lungo l'intera lunghezza del muro che funzionerà come scrivania e tv saranno supportati. Il secondo bagno avrà anche una doccia con bidet, doccia e doppio lavabo. Nel corridoio verrà costruita una stanza per il bucato con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La camera degli ospiti avrà alla fine un armadio simile all'ingresso, al centro la culla o un divano che può essere aperto per rendere le lattine a seconda delle esigenze e dall'altro lato del muro una console simile a quella della camera matrimoniale per scrivania e per tenere i vestiti.
