Per la realizzazione del progetto costruttivo dell'edificio si è pensato di rispettare rigorosamente la facciata anteriore, conservando tutti gli elementi di una Capanna Celtica. Gli elementi utilizzati saranno muri in pietra e legno per porte e finestre. Le facciate occidentali e settentrionali avranno aperture di porte e finestre per stanze e living. In fase di sviluppo interno il piano terra servirà la zona giorno e il piano superiore la zona notte. Dall'ingresso principale si accederà ad un disimpegno che a sinistra avrà le scale per il secondo piano, sotto le scale ci sarà il primo magazzino, a sinistra ci sarà l'ufficio e di fronte ci sarà la porta che conduce al soggiorno. Il soggiorno sarà separato dalla cucina e dalla sala da pranzo da una doppia porta scorrevole, le porte sono inserite nelle pareti per essere aperte e chiuse, suddividendo lo spazio a seconda delle necessità. Nel soggiorno ci sarà una zona lounge con un divano a L e 2 comode poltrone, davanti alle quali ci sarà un camino e sopra sarà una TV. Da qualsiasi posizione seduta si può vedere il panorama delle montagne dalle porte in legno con vetro. La cucina sarà a forma di L con molto spazio per cucinare, ci sarà un'isola di cottura con lavelli e sgabello su cui sedersi per fare colazione. Il tavolo da pranzo sarà grande. Accesso all'ambiente esterno dove sarà adibito a veranda. L'arredamento sarà quello della hall con elementi in legno, pietra e stucco. In soggiorno ci sarà il wc e un secondo magazzino. Il secondo piano avrà 3 camere da letto, una delle quali sarà una camera matrimoniale con bagno separato e cabina armadio. Le altre due stanze avranno il bagno in comune. Sul pavimento ci sarà una lavanderia e un deposito per riporre gli indumenti lavati. La Capanna manterrà lo stile caratteristico all'esterno ma sarà moderna e dotata di tutte le condizioni per una vita lussuosa all'interno.

From the main entrance will enter an hallway which on the left will have stairs to the second floor, below the stairs will be the first warehouse, on the left will be the office and in front will be the door that leads to living room. The living room will be separated from the kitchen and the dining room by a double sliding door, the doors are inserted into the walls to be opened and closed, dividing the space as needed. In the living room there will be a lounge area with an L-shaped sofa and 2 comfortable armchairs, in front of which there will be a fireplace and above it will be a TV. From any sitting position you can see the panorama of the mountains from the wooden doors with glass. The kitchen will be L-shaped with plenty of space to cook, there will be a cooking island with sinks and stool to sit on to eat breakfast. The dining table will be large. Access to the outside environment where it will be used as a veranda. The decor will be that of the hall with elements of wood, stone and putty. In living will be the toilet and a second warehouse. The second floor will have 3 bedrooms, one of which will be a master bedroom with separate bathroom and walk in closet. The other two rooms will have a shared bathroom. On the floor there will be a laundry room and storage to place the washed clothes. Capanna will maintain the characteristic style in the exterior but it will be modern and equipped with all the conditions for a luxurious living in the interior.
