Il focus del progetto di questa ristrutturazione inizia dall’ingresso, snodo principale di tutta la casa. Il vecchio corridoio è stato ampliato in più punti per creare nuovi spazi riservati all’ accoglienza e alla convivialità ottenendo un ambiente di forte impatto visivo, con giochi di controsoffitti ed illuminazione led ad incasso. Nell’ampio ingresso comode armadiature a tutta parete con porte integrate a filo rendono l’ambiente moderno ed elegante. Proseguendo verso il living il percorso sempre punteggiato da un illuminazione “pensata” ci introduce a nuovi spazi con diverse funzioni come un salottino e uno studio; anche qui domimano i rivestimenti a parete in legno alternato a materiale lapideo o pittura decorativa. Si giunge poi al grande salone open space con zona pranzo e soggiorno molto luminoso grazie al doppio affaccio e all’accesso diretto alla terrazza. Ai due lati della zona office si trovano sulla destra la zona servizi con ampia cucina con isola centrale, il ripostiglio lavanderia e la zona riservata agli ospiti con bagno privato o alla colf, in questo caso risulterà molto comodo il passaggio diretto verso la zona servizi. Dall’atro lato preceduta da un piccolo ma funzionale bagno ospiti, si sviluppa la zona notte con le due camere per i figli e la suite padronale con accesso indipendente o dal comune disimpegno (sol_2). la distribuzione interna dell’ambiente prevede la camera con cabina armadio e bagno en suite con doccia e vasca. In un'altra opzione il bagno è pensato con lavabi e doccia a vista ed una zona riservata per i servizi. I materiali previsti sono naturali e dai toni neutri come il legno, il marmo o il gres effetto pietra o cemento. Molto importanti i rivestimenti murali sia come già accennato nelle zone di passaggio ma anche nelle pareti retro letto, con texture tridimensionali in legno o gesso.

The focus of this renovation project starts from the entrance, the main hub of the entire house. The old corridor was extended in several places to create new spaces reserved for reception and conviviality, obtaining an environment with a strong visual impact, with false ceilings and recessed LED lighting. In the large entrance hall, comfortable full-wall wardrobes with integrated flush doors make the environment modern and elegant. Continuing towards the living room, the path always punctuated by "thoughtful" lighting introduces us to new spaces with different functions such as a sitting room and a study; here too, wooden wall coverings alternating with stone material or decorative paint dominate. You then reach the large open space lounge with dining area and very bright living room thanks to the double view and direct access to the terrace. On the two sides of the office area, on the right, there is the service area with a large kitchen with central island, the laundry closet and the area reserved for guests with private bathroom or for the maid, in this case the direct passage towards the service area will be very convenient. On the other side, preceded by a small but functional guest bathroom, there is the sleeping area with the two bedrooms for the children and the master suite with independent access or from the common hallway (sol_2). the internal distribution of the room includes a bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. In another option the bathroom is designed with sinks and exposed shower and a reserved area for services. The materials provided are natural and with neutral tones such as wood, marble or stone or concrete effect stoneware. The wall coverings are very important, both as already mentioned in the passage areas but also in the walls behind the bed, with three-dimensional textures in wood or plaster.
