Good morning and a pleasure to exhibit my project. Given the height of the ceiling, I tried to use the mezzanine for a relaxation area. in the underlying space of the mezzanine I created the single and double bedrooms following the standard measurements also in height and using warm colors for an excellent rest. I included the two bathrooms in the project, one in the sleeping area including the bathtub and the other bathroom I included the laundry room thanks to the potion of the two windows. I would like to specify that I left the bathrooms and the closet with exposed beams. As per his request, the living room was created on the south side by exploiting the sunlight and the fireplace is positioned on the south wall giving ample space for the sofa and table.
The kitchen is open space with an induction oven.
