JOB DESCRIPTION: - To prepare design concept, mood board for presentation to clients. - To prepare 2d drawing for detail drawing and layout plan. - To create 3d perspective drawing for visual presentation. - To assist project management, coordinating construction on site. - To ensure site progress run according to progress report. - To attend site meeting with contractors, suppliers and clients on site from time to time.

JOB DESCRIPTION: -Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and use of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination. -Working closely with other professionals such as Architect, contractors, Engineers and carpenters -Preliminary sketches on concepts, ideas and plans at the early stage of design. -Review and detail shop drawing for construction plan. -Overseeing the construction process, installation, sourcing and final decoration from beginning to the end.
