the subject was of the great matter, to create a comfortable, functional and stylish new building for VGTU students to spend their time, study and live in. The chosen simple square form fitted best for the small space of the existing plot, to create the most square meters possible. On the first floor, there are working spaces, a laundry room, and a few meeting areas.
From the second floor starts the residential function, with different-sized flats and multi-purpose areas. There is a hall in the middle of the building, that creates fluidity throughout all of the floors.
