Description

This residence is located in a natural environment, walking distance from the city. The design of the house is based on the principles of bioclimatic architecture, while the interior space was seen as a three-dimensional woven of natural materials. The house extends over 600 sq. and is divided into three levels.
The first level, which is the ground floor, contains the living area, dining room and kitchen. A conceivable corridor defined by a wooden perforated ceiling construction, leads the visitor to the most private areas of the house, which are the bedrooms on the first floor and an intermediate level of the office and the master bedroom. This perforated construction incorporates artificial lighting, the shadows of which create a game into the space. The material of the floor alternates from marble grey to natural oak.
The main staircase of the house leading to the second floor seems to float in the transparent glass railing. In the second level, there is another bedroom with its own bathroom and the children's room.
