Description

Two project alternatives

alpha -> does not include demolition of existing walls
beta -> provides for the demolition of the wall of the blind bathroom so as to achieve alignment with the wall of the bathroom and to regulate the geometry of the living room

Both solutions divide the living area from the kitchen area through a wall aligned with the diagonal congigungente the right corner of the living room fixture with the low edge of the entrance door to the bedroom of the young. This division configures a "diagonal space" that characterizes the living area and allows it to be kept bright up to the walls of the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a folding wall-bar table in case of necessity, all completed with stools for quick meals and / or breakfast. The master bedroom is organized with a dressing room and the bed facing the window to fully enjoy the views to the outside. An equipped headboard divides the bedroom area from the walk-in closet.

The blind bathroom has been implemented with a system of doors that form an anti-chamber towards the living room in order to guarantee optimal hygienic and sanitary conditions.

The laundry is hidden by a roller blind system that can be rolled up for washing operations if necessary.
