CONCEPT
The project is set on a clear division between the living area (living_cucina) and sleeping (camere_ services).
Living area: E 'housed a large living room (43 square meters), which incorporates within it the kitchen, set in a volume characterized by rounded corners and walls that do not touch the floor (h. 2.70 m), the 'access to that block is enabled through two openings (both double doors) full-height; the doors, the walls and the installation of aeration allow the exchange of air in the new kitchen. In the living room it is also foreseen the realization of a suspended ceiling with luminous grooves and placed at h. 3.10 m with the function of shielding the electrical and aeration.
Sleeping area were obtained 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom of 14 square meters, equipped with double facing and two rooms for boys, one aged 11 and the other of 13 sqm, furnished in a similar way.
Services: Were obtained also a hall, which thanks to the cabinets also works as a storage room, two bathrooms with sink, toilet, bidet and shower; and a laundry room.
CONCEPT
Il progetto è impostato su una netta divisione tra zona giorno (living_cucina) e zona notte(camere_ servizi).
Zona giorno: E’ stato ricavato un ampio soggiorno (43 mq), che ingloba al suo interno l'angolo cottura, allestito in un volume caratterizzato da angoli stondati e pareti che non toccano il solaio (h. 2,70 m), l'accesso a tale blocco è consentito mediante due aperture (entrambe a doppia anta) a tutta altezza; le porte, le pareti e l'impianto di aereazione consentono il ricambio d'aria nella nuova cucina. Nel living è prevista inoltre la realizzazione di un controsoffitto dotato di gole luminose e collocato ad h. 3,10 m con la funzione di schermare gli impianti elettrici e di aereazione.
Zona notte: Sono state ricavate 3 camere da letto: una camera padronale di 14 mq,dotata di doppio affaccio e due camere per i ragazzi, una di 11 e l'altra di 13 mq, arredate in maniera del tutto simile.
Servizi: Sono stati ricavati inoltre un ingresso, che grazie agli armadi funziona anche come ripostiglio, due bagni entrambi dotati di lavabo, wc, bidet e doccia; ed una lavanderia.
