Please find attached all required drawings and visuals for the villa project. Our proposal includes all the required functions and organization of the villa. Because the project was already based to the given floor plans by you, which we found very functional, we focused more on the exterior and interior detailing of the villa.
The most important point of our proposal is that we thought that is better to keep the existing perimeter of the villa by adjusting thus a totally new look to the exterior, by making minor changes but still very evident to the fresh look. Although it was very challenging for us, we thought it was more important architectural vise to give the new villa a fresh look and a complete new one, by changing its materials, openings and landscape by keeping the exact same perimeter than to add further annexes. (This also to reduce the unnecessary costs).
All the floor plans, include the layouts of the furniture and its arrangement are mostly designed by us. The necessary interior details and furnishing are designed to be fabricated in particular. We stand behind the project and we will provide any necessary details required by you.
