The submitted files show only one option of layout and furniture but some of the small apartments could be merged to have one bigger apartment, sometimes with no site works needed or with the least site works needed. All bedrooms have openings (windows or doors) to an exterior space while bathrooms and WCs need to have ventilation shafts in case needed. For the furniture Scheme I only put bathrooms fixtures which are mandatory to deliver the project while all other furniture could be done by the client for better customization and personal input by the buyers.
