Residential - Villa
Dear Client,
I will explain the design proposal that I submitted, here is my explanation:
Render image 1-8 (living room on the ground floor)
This is the living room on the ground floor, becoming one of the focuses of this project, there is a kitchen that is directly adjacent to the living room, I tried to remove the door, and open some of the walls so that the living room and kitchen become one harmonious unit, besides that there is a sofa complete with a table, dining table, and a children's playroom that I placed parallel to the television and speakers, so that parents focus on the child's movement but can still watch television. I also use some of the furniture that you have in this room.
Render image 9-11 (Master bedroom on the second floor)
I decided to use the bed that you have, the bed has a fairly large size, so I chose not to use a white L-shaped wardrobe, because the room will feel cramped, so I chose to use one of the wardrobes that you have.
Rendering image 12-14 (bedroom2 second floor)
in this room I chose to use one of the beds you have, as well as the ikea wardrobe you have, I think this looks more elegant than using the white wardrobe that is already in the room.
Rendering image 12-14 (bedroom 3 second floor)
This is a room for the baby, I keep the existing wardrobe, I put a crib, and an armchair for the person who will look after the baby, who can later look after the baby comfortably.
Rendering image 15-17 (loft area)
there is a work desk that you also have, then there is a sofa bed that can be used in an emergency, as well as a fairly large exercise area facing south (main glass)
Thank you for this great project, hopefully the design I made is according to what you want, thank you.
best regards
