The design vocabulary is modern / minimal with an earthy palette- cream paint, stone /ceramic flooring and furniture. The design specifies ultra-modern material, hardware, furniture, fixtures and finishes.
The design intent is to achieve a balance of modern, and classic style all together in terms of interiors.
The various spaces are zoned as per privacy aspects of that particular space .
On the right from entrance is the single bedroom or study with ample space for storage .Existing toilet space is redistributed to accomodate two fully functional toilet.The space in the end of corridor is now a walk-in-closet for master bedroom and have a attached toilet.
On the left from entrance is a thick arched wall entrance to the living room with adjoining kitchen and dining .To ease the process of serving from kitchen to dining area ,kitchen island is designed in this manner which also saves circulation space and enhances openness of spaces. The living is accomodated with wall units with ample storage.The Dining area tends to be buffering between kitchen and living and also key features from the reference images has also been accomodated in the design.
