I have changed th edistrobutio of the entire apartment to join the kitchen and the livingroom into one lovely large space. the sink pipes will pass under the floor. The floors will all be in a lovely grey ceramic tile, exact colour to be defined. The bedrooms are larger than the existing bedrooms in the old layout. There are 2 showerooms, one of them for the master bedroom and a second one which is accessible from the bedroom corridor and also from the secondary bedroom with self locking double doors, when one locks from inside the other locks too. The style is a warm modern minimalism. The wall colours can be beige and wother warm earthy colours to match yet contrast the grey floor.
