To goal was to get the maximum use of attic space.

The kitchen, dining and living room are merged into one open plan area of around 56 square meters after the removal of the existing living room and kitchen walls.

In the garret area (an under low roof area) has been utilized wardrobe room with a great storage opportunities.

Bathroom area remained in his original place, witch save on coast although it was transformed. Master bathroom is positioned right next to it, because of installations.

The kitchen also remained in its original space especially because of plumbs position and because is important to stay close to the home’s entrance. In part of kitchen area there is a small utility room with sliding doors. The kitchen island is a great addition which gives extra storage, utility and work space.
