Il piano terra è organizzato con un lungo corridoio laterale che collega il garage e le scale. Questo corridoio è separato dal soggiorno open space con il muro finestrato e un'estensione del muro della cucina, che era necessario per rendere la cucina spaziosa. Il corridoio è ampio e fiancheggiato da scaffali e librerie in metallo e vetro, in modo da creare un ambiente luminoso e arioso, in una piccola pausa è una zona isolata per la lettura dei libri, una sorta di piccola biblioteca. La cucina è organizzata a forma di "U" per sfruttare bene la larghezza dello spazio, l'estremità aperta è in parte chiusa con un'isola che può essere utilizzata come un tavolino per 3 persone, in eventi più grandi poiché ha la stessa altezza di un tavolo comune può essere usato come un'estensione, semplicemente portando il tavolo ad esso e collegandoli, come sul rendering, è in uno stile grigio con accenti di legno scuro, se hai le travi sul soffitto puoi lasciarle aperte e appendere le luci su di loro per favorire lo stile industriale. Il soggiorno e la TV sono organizzati intorno alle scale, quindi usano l'altezza al disotto della scala più lunga delle scale, qui è posizionata una piccola area di conversazione con due sedie. Due grandi divani chiudono la stanza come muri e tavolini sono tra. L'area sotto la scala inferiore delle scale dovrebbe essere convertita in un rack di scaffali per souvenir e libri che si tengono nel soggiorno. Il bagno e la lavanderia sono più lontani lungo il secondo corridoio, il bagno è più vicino della lavanderia per motivi di utilità.
Il piano primo è realizzato in modo che entrambe le stanze abbiano finestre uguali, ma una di esse, il master è più grande. Il corridoio di approccio si trova lungo il muro di fronte al patio, questo porterà una bella luce e l'atmosfera delle vecchie case romane che hanno usato questo principio. La prima camera da letto cattura due finestre, se è possibile ingrandirla sarebbe molto utile, spezzare la monotonia sulla facciata con una striscia continua di finestre. Se c'è una terrazza accanto a questa stanza sarebbe ancora meglio. Questa camera è in uno stile contemporaneo bianco e ha una piccola area salotto accanto al letto e una lunga parete con armadi di fronte alle finestre. La camera da letto principale ha un divano di fronte al letto, e una piccola poltrona sotto la finestra, da utilizzare per la lettura, sui lati ci sono due casse di libri, è più di un'atmosfera contemporanea in quanto lo stile industriale nelle camere da letto è a volte troppo freddo e forte. Il bagno principale e cabina armadio sono fatti in modo che l'armadio conduce al bagno, possono essere separati da un muro dalla camera da letto, ma non è necessario, spreca spazio e luce. Gli armadi sono lungo una parete, che dà molto spazio, alla fine è la porta del bagno. Questo bagno ha sia una vasca e una cabina doccia, con un WC e lavabo, è piuttosto lussuoso come si vede nel rendering e ha un accento industriale grigio di cemento grezzo. The ground floor is organised with a long side corridor that connects the garage and stairs. This corridor is separated from the open space living room with the windowed wall and a kitchen wall extension, which was need to make the kitchen spacious. The corridor is wide and lined with shelves and bookcases made of metal and glass so they make a light and airy ambient, at the small break of it is a secluded zone for book reading, a sort of small library. The open space is regulated so both the kitchen and living area open up on the patio so both chairs and food can be taken out in summer time. The kitchen is organised in a "U" shape to make good use of the width of space, the open end is partly closed with an island that can be used as a small table for 3 persons, in larger events since its the same height as an ordinary table it can be used as an extension, by simply bringing the table to it and connecting them, as onn the render, it is in a grey style with dark wooden accents, if you have beams on the ceiling you can leave them open and hang the lights on them to further the industrial style. The living room and TV are organised around the stairs so they use the celing height below the longer run of the stairs, this is where a small chatting area with two chairs is placed. Two large sofas close the room like walls and coffee tables are between. The area under the lower run of stairs should be converted into a rack of shelves for souvenirs and books you keep in the living room. The bathroom and laundry are further away along the second corridor, the bathroom being closer than the laundry for utility reasons.
The upper floor is made so both rooms have equal windows, but one of them, the master is larger. The approach hallway is located along the wall facing the patio, this will bring nice light and the atmosphere of old roman houses which used this principle. The first bedroom catches two of the windows, if it is possible to enlarge this it would be very beneficial, to break the monotony on the facade with a continual strip of windows. If there is a terrace beside this room it would be even better. This room is in a white contemporary style and has a small seating area beside the bed as well as a long wall with wardrobes opposite the windowsThe master bedroom has a sofa opposite the bed, and a small armchair under the window, to use for reading, on the sides are two book cases, it is more of a contemporary vibe as industrial style in bedrooms is sometimes too cold and strong. The master bathroom and walk in closet are made so the closet leads to the bathroom, they can be separated by a wall from the bedroom but dont need to, it wastes space and light. The wardrobes are along one wall, which gives plenty space, at the end is the bathroom door. This bathroom has both a tub and a shower cabin, along with a WC and washbasin, it is pretty luxurious as seen in the render and has a industrial grey accent of raw concrete. The second bathroom is further up the hallway to the terrace
