In my project, I took into account your wishes as much as possible.
The project provides universal zones for work and relaxation. Two people can relax and work in that studio. On the first level has a sofa (bed) and a table in the dining area. Bed and workplace are on the mezzanine.
Storage problem has been completely solved. There is a small wardrobe for outerwear at the entrance. There are the big cupboards in the common area and into laundry room.
Especially for comfortable, the built-in washing machine located in laundry's cupboard. Such arrangement of storage room make it the most inconspicuous and quiet studio for tenants and their guests.
