The project have been developed starting from the use of one entrances. Here there’s the chance to go directly to the day/night area, you decide. Then I will enter the day area.

The main living relax area include the music/piano corner, a sofa relax reading corner, a kids playing area and the pool. Close to these big area we reach the dining room and separate kitchen (openable if you desire, I always prefer to have it separate). Next again the playroom/cinema/wellness area.
The dining room has two big sliding doors to have the chance to close or open the space.
The kitchen is comfortable. Big sliding door to close it or have an open like sensation kitchen.
The master bedroom has a big dedicated area with many functions:
an entrance (near to the living room as much it is possible) with a walk in closet;
a Turkish bath;
a big bedroom with the chance to put storage or armchairs or makeup cabinet;
a private bathroom divided in two spaces (a washing area, with sink and shower/bathtube and a private toilet area), this division will be very useful.
A little guest bathroom is close to this one.
Near the entrance the kids area: a shared bathroom and two bedrooms. In the future you can separate this area creating anther apartment. The first bedroom will be the day/kitchen area, close to the entrance.
All the bathrooms have been located near the actual sinks.
I studied a solution searching to minimize the demolition and breaking.
My project has a core idea to separate again the apartments, that can be divided with their entrances open again.
