Description

The resolution of a monitor, be it large as well as small, is given by thousands and thousands of tiny squares, called pixels, which work together to give a clear and realistic image. The perfect room for a gamer-boy works exactly the same way: small tricks that, despite the reduced size of the room, help make it more spacious and liveable.
The heart of the room is the custom bed, which transforms itself into a sloping desk, defining a perfect game/studio corner: during the day the first is a great sofa, thanks also to a removable feetrest, from which yit is possible to play comfortably thanks to the rotation of the desk and the possibiliy to move the monitor in the right position; during the night it becomes a bed, with an integrated bedside table which is also a small bookcase; under the removable footrest there is a large container on wheels, great for bed sheets and blankets, side by side snother one under the desk.
The latter, characterized by the oblique inclination to better approach the bed without making it bulky, has a long cut near the window wall, useful for ordering the cables of the electronic devices.
The predominant colors are gray, black and "scooter 5397"; in particular, it is possible to find the latters on the wall: three partitions are green/blue, one is black, decorated with white vinyl stencils that recall the life of a gamer enthusiast – easily removable to modify them in the future.
Black is also taken up in furniture. The bed and desk will be tailor-made, while the shelf and cubes hanging on the wall – like many pixels - can be made by the carpenter, as well as purchased.
This layout allows a small, modest space room to cover various roles throughout the day, thus providing space with small tricks.
