Project means to extend the building a little, keeping the existing main structure and reinforcing, to obtain 4 smaller units on the main front (2 ont ground floor, 2 on first), plus a bigger villa on the rear.
External shape reminds the colonial and local houses, with its wood siding portions, but has a more linear and modern line. Inside, we can find large and comfortable spaces for a luxury caribbean holiday, including amenities as sauna, a mini private pool and a gym area for the bigger unit. This one has also space for a third bedroom.
On the outside, there’s a modern design pool with a large space for BBQ & lunch/dinner, or simply relax time under the sun.
