Our house takes into consideration all of the requests listed in the briefing and the comment sections. The orientation of the house relies mostly of the placement of the bedrooms and the living space. The fragmentation of the house provides niches important for secondary entrances, more light into spaces and a better aesthetic collaboration with the overall garden. Our main goal is to provide a contemporary house also in the relation of the rooms in the interior part. Circulation is mostly private and does not interfere with more public areas. The house also maintains a nice distance from the site borders which allows for different outdoor activities.
