Il progetto prevede la demolizione della parete che attualmente divide il soggiorno da una delle camere e delle attuali pareti esterne della cucina per permettere l'ampliamento.
Nel soffitto della cucina si consiglia l'installazione di travi, come da disegni, che possano sostenere il peso della copertura della cucina.

I due bagni sono stati disposti a ridosso della parete sud permettendo un minore spreco di superficie calpestabile, utilizzabile per la cucina.
In questo modo la cucina risulta essere molto ampia e direttamente connessa alla zona laundry.

Le camere da letto non sono state variate per permettere il recupero totale dei pavimenti esistenti.

Esternamente si puo' prevedere una scala di accesso al terrazzo piano della cucina, tale terrazzo potrebbe essere reso fruibile.

Il progetto della tavernetta prevede l'installazione di una parete vetrata a ovest permettendo la visuale a valle, dove si presume ci sia un panorama piu' vasto.

Sia per l'abitazione che per la tavernetta sono state previste due possibili alternative e per la descrizione di tali soluzioni si rimanda agli elaborati grafici.
