Dear Client
Of course everything is possible dear client it just depends on the wits and the endurance of the man in question. Saying that we gave our best to do this project. It is only natural that heat goes in concentrical waves. That means that whatever we architects do it will still go in radial directions. Thats why we put your solar heating system and radiators in the middle of your attic. First and foremost that part is like the bermuda triangle - you have 2 pillars that are bearing and 1 chimney. It would be hard to put anything in that place that could use it better. And next we want you to save energy. Instead of warming the outer walls that will always let out some energy, we are warming the inside walls so that while the heat comes through the air it is used much better than otherwise. Plus it will help the chimney stay warm all the time so that it doesn't bend from temperature changes and doesn't freeze in the winter and break if you don't use it all the time. The thin radiators that we have installed are really thin, maybe 5-10 cm and will stand betwen the 10cm thick plastic demountable walls. So that they can warm both rooms. Since you own the whole house you can control the heating and easily change the intensity at any time, or completely turn it off. So when it is cold you will increase the heating or decrease in the summer. The beds in both rooms are right next to these radiators beacause of the winter so that you aren't cold. In the summer you will use the solar energy for other reasons, not for warming and the radiators will be turned off. Other than that you can't use the 120cm height for sleeping so this is another reason for the beds to be put in the middle. That means height and warmt are the key factor for sleeping here in the attic. The middle part, arround the chimney, will be used as a meat drying room so that you can be self sufficient to some point more than just solar energy. That way the heat produced by the radiator combined with the chimney will dry your meat in the attic, this will also benefit from the fact that this room will be very dry. Also there are sliding doors in most off your attic. Since the 2 pillars and outer walls are doing all the job of bearing we are free to use all the walls as non bearing and slidding dorrs can be placed in the walls. That way you don't need room for the door to open so you can use it to make the most of your attic. All the corners that are almost useless, or can be of little use since the doors will block them, are used as storage units that you said you need. The more open ones, that can be seen while doors are open, are enrichening the space with books so that it makes a nice place to live. All the books will make nice colour arround, and they will come to contrast with the walls and wood tones. And anyway that height is mostly 120-140 cm so that it cant be used either way exept for the triangular bookshelves. You enter into the bathrooms trouggh sliding doors The bathrooms aren't used a lot so they don't need to have direct radiators, but the heating can be stretched if needed. You have a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, which uses the otherwise unusable space under the slope. The second bedroom can be used as a storage room when not needed
Thank you, and we like the duckling more than the swan. The duckling seems cool while the swan is kinda dull. If you need a duck pond design feel free to call.
