This project intends to create a comfortable environment for summer retreats. It is also full of permeable elements, that allow the air to circulate, creating a fresh atmosphere.
I tried to fulfill all your requirements and add some suggestions. Since there were two viable possibilities, I added two layout options for you. They differ most in the master bedroom and living room position for the first floor. The second floor, there are only one option.
