I'm providing you my idea of your ideal living space.
In this design I tried to stay true to your requirements by following guides you gave us, and to keep interior warm but also bold by giving it some industrial elements.
Idea was to create minimalist but also warm place, dancing somewhere between concrete and wooden surfaces, except for study area where I was encouraged to give space some colour and make it dynamic and creative which in other rooms was accomplished with some pieces of art.
Kitchen is custom made made and I'll provide you with exact details if you choose my work. I'm also able to do any changes in elements disposition to kitchen if you desire.
I added more than 2 renders in other groups of requirements.
