Description

Dear client
In this project I prioritized to find internal solutions that would satisfy your needs.
To meet the demands, I first organized the environments by separating the different uses of the house, connecting common uses in nearby areas and studding the better way to keep the pipes installation functional. As you can see, most bathrooms are located in the center of the house, or nearby other bathroom.
Bathroom ventilation can be made by mechanical ventilation that may be installed on the false ceiling. That is one of the reason why I used false ceiling in most of the ground floor. Other reason for that use is to hide the beams and to be able to have more freedom on the lighting design. The house is deep, and so needs to have the lighting spread.
The changes in the internal walls were made in a way to minimize the risks of structural walls demolitions. However, as I didn’t have accurate information of the structure, it will be vital for you to get a local professional to check the information and design the structural trade-offs so the project can be viable.
In addition to the structure, the heights of ceiling should also be checked. By analyzing the original project provided and the photos of the place, I could observe some differences, which also made it difficult to fully understand the current situation. Therefore, if you like this project, and there are measures to fixe, I can easily do it later, when you send me the mensure. Also, I can design the two perspectives that are left. Unfortunately I applied late to this competition, so I could not design it on time.
It was possible to include a bathroom for each bedroom, considering that one of the bedrooms has two bunk beds. This bathroom was segmented in order to be usable for more people.
The garage was increased in order to fit one more car, since the building can house three families.
I hope this project meets your spectation. It was a pleasure to design your house!
Warm regards!
