La distribuzione interna del progetto, rispettando le esigenze del cliente, ottimizza lo spazio disponibile rendendo funzionale e confortevole ogni ambiente della casa. La prima sala che si incontra all’ingresso è il soggiorno, accogliente e luminoso, che, grazie al tavolo da pranzo allungabile, diventa lo spazio ideale per stare insieme e per accogliere ospiti e amici. La cucina, immediatamente adiacente, è separata dal soggiorno da una porta scorrevole, essendo così, secondo richiesta, indipendente e abitabile.
Un piccolo disimpegno separa la zona giorno sopra descritta dalle camere e gli ambienti di servizio : il primo bagno (con doccia), l’angolo lavanderia autonomo, le camere dei ragazzi e infine la camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio e bagno privato (con vasca idromassaggio).
Al fine di garantire unità, rendere il progetto armonioso e rispettare le richieste del cliente, lo stile proposto per l’arredamento è quello moderno, caratterizzato da linee pulite, tagli definiti e colori chiari. According to the customer requirements, the internal distribution of the project optimizes the free space and at same time it renders efficient and comfortable each area of the house. As you enter the house, the first room you encounter is the living room, that is very pleasant and luminous and thanks to the extensible dining table it becomes the perfect place to stay together with guests and friends. Immediately close to the living room there is the kitchen, separated by a sliding door that makes an independent room and at same time habitable.
A small hall separates the above areas from the other rooms: the first bathroom (with a shower), the laundry room, the bed rooms of the guys and the main double room, with a private bathroom (with a bathtub) and a walk-in wardrobe.
