Il progetto si basa sulla funzionalità della divisione degli ambienti, zona notte e zona giorno. La zona giorno è concepita come il cuore elegante e ricco della casa,il più ampio, con cornici di gesso a parete ed un mix di arredi classici e moderni, la cucina è stata posizionata nel luogo più luminoso, con doppia apertura verso l'esterno, ed è stata organizzata attorno a un isola centrale con piano snack, ideale per la colazione. Un piccolo ambiente di passaggio in prossimità della cucina è diventato un ulteriore saletta pranzo ( è stato posizionato il tavolo esistente 110x110).Il ribassamento in altezza con un soppalco vista segna il passaggio verso la zona notte, dove sono stati creati 2 bagni,1 lavanderia, 1 grande camera matrimoniale, e 2 camerette. Per questi ambienti l'idea è di utilizzare dei rivestimenti a parete ( es:carta da parati) su alcune pareti e giocare con colori caldi da accostare agli arredi già posseduti.



The project is based on the functionality of the division of the rooms, sleeping and living area. The living area is designed as the elegant and rich heart of the house, the largest, with plaster cornices on the wall and a mix of classic and modern furniture, the kitchen has been positioned in the bright place, with double opening to the outside , and it was organized around a central island with snack area, ideal for breakfast. A small passageway near the kitchen has become an additional dining room (you placed the existing table 110x110) .The lowering in height with a view loft marks the transition to the sleeping area, where 2 bathrooms have been created, 1 laundry , 1 large double bedroom, and 2 bedrooms. For these environments, the idea is to use the wall coverings (eg wallpaper) on some walls and play with warm colors to be combined with the furniture already owned.
