ONE APARTMENT INTO 3 (plus one). Our first target was to keep the cost of the renovetion as low as possible. Demolitions and new walls are minimun. A solution with 4 arartments came in designs. We keep the two baths and we create 2 more, one in the ex storage room (we asked about sewer pipes) and one in the ex living area (must be pipes too on exterior wall). A space for common washing machine right in entry and the space in the basement for storage is required to make this work. We also use furniture from IKEA in low prices to keep the budget down.
